Westward Stout Cask American Single Malt Whiskey is an exceptional expression from Oregon, crafted by finishing the distillery’s award-winning Single Malt in ex-ale and ex-stout casks for one year. This unique secondary maturation imparts a rich, complex profile that highlights the influence of the stout beer. Distilled from local barley and aged in heavily charred oak casks before its stout cask finish, the whiskey achieves a deep gold color.
