Pueblo Viejo A??ejo Tequila is a distinguished expression crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens. Following distillation, this tequila is patiently aged for approximately 18 months in high-quality white oak barrels, significantly longer than the legal requirement for an A??ejo. This extended maturation imparts remarkable depth and complexity, developing rich flavors of caramelized nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate, and a silky vanilla finish.
