KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is Japan's first artisanal gin, distilled and bottled in Kyoto. This sophisticated spirit is crafted using a rice spirit base and 11 distinct botanicals, which are divided into six flavor categories: Base (juniper, orris, Hinoki wood), Citrus (yuzu, lemon), Tea (Gyokuro green tea), Herbal (Shiso), Spice (ginger), and Fruity & Floral (bamboo leaf). Each category is distilled individually before being blended, a meticulous process that ensures maximum flavor extraction and perfect balance. This results in a complex, yet harmonious gin with a clear, elegant taste that reflects its Japanese origins.
