Hennessy Paradis Cognac is an extraordinary blend of over a hundred eaux-de-vie, some aged for up to 130 years, resulting in a remarkable expression of complexity and elegance. Created in 1979 by Maurice Fillioux, this Fine Champagne Cognac is drawn exclusively from the best crus of the Cognac region???Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Maturation takes place in very old French oak casks, imparting a deep amber hue and a velvety texture. The bouquet is delicate yet rich, unfolding with notes of dried rose petals, honey, truffles, and warm spice. On the palate, it is incredibly harmonious and smooth, offering lingering flavors of candied fruit, cinnamon, and subtle rancio.
