Glendalough Rose Gin is a unique Irish spirit inspired by the founder's mother and the wild roses of the Wicklow Mountains. This expression is distilled using a slow-distillation process that incorporates fresh, wild botanicals handpicked daily, including wild roses, resulting in a distinct, floral character. The gin's signature pale pink hue and delicate flavor are achieved by infusing the spirit with three varieties of roses: traditional large rose petals, heritage roses, and the revered wild rose. Expect a complex profile of bright juniper and subtle spice, beautifully balanced by sweet, soft notes of rose petal, and a long, floral finish. It is bottled at 41% ABV.
