Founded in 1973 at the foot of Mount Fuji, the Fuji Gotemba Distillery crafts the exceptional Fuji Single Grain Whisky. This expression is a blend of three spirits, each distilled using a unique method to create a light, malt-like character with rich intensity. On the nose, it reveals delicate notes of floral tea, orchard fruits, and chestnuts, while the palate delights with flavours of apple tart, dark chocolate, and a hint of cinnamon.
