Fords Gin is a premium London Dry style gin, crafted in collaboration with celebrated bartenders. This expression is designed specifically to be versatile in cocktails, built around a balanced blend of nine botanicals sourced from around the world, including traditional juniper from Italy, coriander seed from Morocco, and citrus peels from Spain and Turkey. The botanicals are steeped for 15 hours before distillation in copper pot stills, allowing for a deep, complex flavor extraction. The result is a highly aromatic and full-bodied gin, featuring prominent juniper notes balanced by bright citrus, floral undertones, and a slight spice.
