Cocchi Grappa Doree

Cocchi Grappa Dor??e is a rare and distinguished single-vineyard grappa, crafted from the pomace of the finest Moscato d'Asti grapes in Asti, Piedmont. This absolutely pure spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills, ensuring the true, vibrant expression of the Moscato aroma. Unlike unaged grappas, this expression is aged for a minimum of three years in oak barrels, which imparts its characteristic "dor??e" (golden) color and profound complexity. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is celebrated for its smooth, full-bodied character and long finish. The flavor profile is complex and vibrant, featuring lovely notes of sweet yellow fruits, ripe peach, and pear, underpinned by hints of medicinal wood polish and subtle nuts. It is traditionally enjoyed as an excellent post-meal digestif, best served in a small Art D??co glass.
