Chopin Rye Vodka is made using locally grown rye, seasonally distilled at the Dorda family's site in Eastern Poland from January to May. The vodka is made from only three simple ingredients; rye, water, and yeast, using grains sourced within 18 miles of the distillery. It has a vibrant and spicy aroma with notes of rye bread and black pepper along with eucalyptus, mint, and caraway. The palate reveals crushed black pepper and subtle rye spice.
