Liqueur is a highly distinguished Yellow Chartreuse expression, first developed in 2008 through a unique collaboration between the Carthusian Fathers and the Meilleur Ouvriers de France Sommeliers (M.O.F.). This special cuv??e maintains the 45% ABV and traditional blend of over 130 botanicals but is specifically balanced to emphasize freshness and liveliness. The Carthusians employed their extensive knowledge to select and blend traditional Yellow Chartreuse liqueurs, creating an elevated aromatic complexity. Bottled in an original smoked glass bottle marked with the blue, white, and red of the M.O.F., this liqueur presents bright, herbaceous, and sweet notes. It is ideally enjoyed as a digestif, served chilled between 12 and 13 ??C to fully appreciate its depth and flavor.
