Tosolini uses a traditional, discontinuous distillation process in copper pot stills, immediately following the harvest, to preserve the delicate, aromatic profile of the Chardonnay grape skins. This meticulous approach results in a grappa of exceptional purity and elegance. The spirit is rested for six months in stainless steel to allow the flavors to harmonize before bottling. It presents a crystal-clear appearance and delicate bouquet, rich with floral notes, green apple, and a hint of fresh bread.
