Redbreast Lustau Whiskey

Redbreast Lustau Edition is a uniquely crafted Irish Single Pot Still whiskey, celebrated for its marriage of Irish tradition and Spanish influence. Initially triple distilled and aged in traditional bourbon and sherry casks, this expression is then finished for an additional year in first-fill, hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez. This secondary maturation imparts a sophisticated depth. The nose features rich aromas of dried fruit, toasted oak, and spiced vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and refined, showcasing red berry fruits, creamy marzipan, and a lovely oily consistency, culminating in a clean, sweet Oloroso finish. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is a complex and rewarding sipper.
