Sausage Tree Vodka

Sausage Tree Irish vodka is manufactured from the fruit of the Kigelia Africana, often known as the sausage tree due to the fruit's resemblance to sausages. The fruit is blended with Irish grain and nettle to make an intriguing, delicately fruity and herbal vodka. 

Tasting note: Soft citrus and pear notes, with kitchen herbs and a hint of lemongrass.
