Made from 100% sustainably grown Blue Weber agave, it honors traditional methods by slow-roasting the pi??as in small, authentic brick ovens for up to 72 hours. The resulting cooked agave is then distilled in custom-made copper pot stills, a process that ensures exceptional smoothness and a clean, vibrant flavor profile.
