It is made from 100% Blue Agave, which is hand-picked and slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens. A unique feature of its production is the use of the ancient Tahona wheel to crush the cooked agave, a process that extracts a richer, more complex juice compared to modern shredders. Double distilled in copper pot stills, this clear tequila offers a vibrant, clean, and herbaceous flavor profile.
