Fortaleza Reposado Tequila

Fortaleza Reposado Tequila is a highly respected expression crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, using traditional methods. Made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, the pi??as are slow-cooked in a stone oven (tahona) and crushed by a two-ton stone wheel before being fermented in wooden vats. It is then double distilled in copper pot stills, yielding a rich, full-bodied spirit. The tequila is aged for 6 to 8 months in American oak barrels, which imparts a lovely golden hue and complex flavor.
