This limited release is crafted exclusively from 100% Blue Agave sourced from the Highlands of Jalisco, combined with the mineral-rich water of El Volcan de Tequila. The spirit undergoes an extraordinary aging process of six years and four months in American oak barrels???twice the minimum requirement for an Extra-A??ejo. This maturation imparts a complex profile with inviting aromas of vanilla, honey, and cooked agave. The palate is rich with notes of marzipan, sweet agave, and oak, balanced by a light spiciness.
