Plantation Pineapple Rum

Plantation Stiggins??? Fancy Pineapple Rum is an acclaimed, sophisticated spirit crafted in collaboration between Plantation Rum and cocktail historian David Wondrich. This innovative rum is made by infusing ripe Queen Victoria pineapples into Plantation 3 Stars Rum, and simultaneously distilling the pineapple rind with Plantation Original Dark Rum. The two blends are then married. The result is a complex, rich, and naturally sweet rum offering intense aromas of pineapple, balanced by notes of clove, vanilla, and aged cane sugar. The palate is luscious with tropical fruit, subtle smoke, and a long, elegant finish. It is excellent enjoyed neat, in an elevated Daiquiri, or as a flavorful base for a Pineapple Old Fashioned.
