El Dorado 12 Year Old is an elegant, multi-award-winning Demerara rum from Guyana, renowned for typifying the smooth, mellow sweetness of the region. This rum is produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at the legendary Diamond Distillery, which has consolidated all the old original stills and marques, some of which date back to the 18th century. It is a blend of column and pot distilled rums, including spirit from an ancient wooden Coffey Still. This process gives the rum a rich, complex profile.
