Dos Maderas PX Rum (often referred to as 5+5) is an exceptional dark spirit matured through a unique double-aging process. Initially aged for five years in the Caribbean, the rum then travels to Spain for its secondary maturation. Here, it spends a minimum of three years in casks that previously held fine Palo Cortado and Pedro Xim??nez sherry. This final aging step imparts a profound sweetness and complexity.
