J.P Wiser’s 18 Year Old Canadian Whisky is an award-winning Canadian corn whisky. This exceedingly smooth whisky is made from double-distilled corn that has been matured in used Canadian whisky casks for a minimum of 18 years, creating elegant flavours of baked apples, pine needles and winter spice. The expression’s unique maturation environment in Southern Ontario, where temperatures fluctuate wildly, adds an additional layer of flavour complexity.
