Jawbox Apple & Ginger Gin Liqueur

Crafted from Jawbox Gin, an award-winning classic dry gin produced in a distillery set in a 300 acre estate just outside Belfast, Northern Ireland. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, in small batches, using grain from the fields surrounding the Jawbox estate and a unique combination of carefully selected botanicals including local Belfast Black Mountain Heather. 

The estate is home to a rare and unusual apple variety - the ‘Echlinville’ cultivar. Inspired by this harvest, Jawbox Apple and Ginger Gin liqueur has been crafted. The crisp green apple flavour complements the gin’s botanicals with a touch of ginger for warmth, creating a combination destined to be delicious. Serve with ginger ale or Prosecco for a jawdroppingly refreshing drink.
