Ukiyo Blossom Gin

Ukiyo Blossom Gin is a vibrant expression inspired by the beautiful pink blossoms of the Japanese cherry tree. Crafted in Chiba in the outskirts of Tokyo and is infused with from barley shochu and infused with traditional botanicals, including juniper, mandarin, and regional spices, then vapor-infused with delicate cherry blossoms. This process yields a light, floral, and subtly sweet profile, perfectly capturing the spirit of spring in Japan. The palate offers bright notes of citrus and juniper balanced by the elegant, soft essence of sakura. At 40% ABV, it provides a wonderfully smooth finish, making it an excellent choice for a refined Gin & Tonic, or as a graceful base in a floral cocktail.
