Founded in 1729, Ruinart was the first house to export Champagne. They are one of the oldest Champagne houses and still continue to set the bar for classic and sought-after fizz. The Brut NV is so elegant and subtle, it's considered the jewel in Ruinart's crown.
Tasting note: Expect notes of pear, apple, apricot and spice. Pair with poached scallops.
