Ocho Reposado Tequila

Ocho Reposado Tequila is celebrated for its dedication to the concept of "Single Estate" tequila, meaning each batch is produced from agave grown in a specific field, reflecting the unique terroir. This expression is crafted from 100% Blue Agave, which is slow-cooked and distilled to capture the purest essence of the plant. After distillation, the tequila is rested in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for a duration that is generally shorter than the Reposado requirement, typically around eight weeks, which imparts a subtle gold color and delicate wood notes without masking the vibrant agave flavor.
