Rademon Estate, a Northern Irish craft gin distillery, produces Shortcross Gin. This small batch gin is produced in their custom-built still, which includes a 450 litre copper pot still and two enrichment columns.

Tasting note: Mouthfeel that is oily. Sweet vanilla, a touch of spice, and juniper. Later on, orange peel and elderberry appear.
