Joseph Cartrons Watermelon liqueur has a beautiful pink fuschia colour and a soft and original flavour thanks to the slow maceration of the fruit flesh combined with the quality of our original recipe. Watermelon is a hot-climate fruit that was first cultivated in ancient Egypt and then spread throughout the Mediterranean. Watermelon evokes images of summer and freshness, as well as memories of childhood and the pleasure of biting into its red, juicy flesh. 

Tasting note: The nose is fresh, airy, and aromatic, with hints of sherbet. Fruitiness is subtle and light. The last wave in the mouth leaves a slight bitter aftertaste. The ending has a watermelon pips feel to it.
