Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Whiskey

Drumshanbo, distilled at The Shed Distillery, has created a medium-bodied, sweet whisky by maturing it in a blend of Kentucky bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.

Tasting note: Christmas cake, buttered rye bread, red chilli flake, milk chocolate, and some flamed orange peel zing.
